Repair SUPERNOTE devices. Neither in Warranty or out of Warranty. Please contact Ratta SUPERNOTE for that.
Ratta, company that makes SUPERNOTE provides a lot of technical support on Reddit > SUPERNOTE forum. Community there is large. Use it for any questions you may have.
If you paid by credit card / PayPal we can't send package to any other than a credit card / PayPal billing address. If you want SUPERNOTE shipped to third party simply use any other payment method. There are plenty of them.
Courier delivery shall be paid to your door (subject to local level of service), but customs fees (if any), tax or other duties (if any) are buyer's responsibility.
